Ingredients

1 cup vanilla pudding
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
32 vanilla wafers, crushed
Whipped cream
chocolate sauce

Directions

In a blender, combine vanilla pudding, sliced banana, vanilla extract and blend until smooth.

In tall glasses, arrange half of crushed cookies and cover with chocolate sauce; add half of the banana mixture and top with extra banana slices and whipped cream. Repeat steps at least once more. Top with whipped cream,. a wafer cookie, and shaved chocolate.

Cooking Tips

This can be made with a variety of fruits. Try key lime or cherry next time they're in season. Either way this is a great way to highlight seasonal fruits at your next gathering.
